DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN - SHARE PRICE DETERMINED
The share price used to calculate entitlements under the Metlifecare Limited
(MET) Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) has been set at $3.11.
This is the volume weighted average price of MET shares traded on the NZX
Main Board during the period of five business days immediately following the
record date (being 5 April 2013), less the 2.5% discount applied for the
purposes of the DRP.
The new shares will be issued on the dividend payment date (being 17 April
2013) to those shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP.
