VMOB GROUP MARKET UPDATE

VMob Group Limited (VML) continues to execute on its strategy to deploy its
technology for multiple industry verticals into various markets around the
world.
The VMob retention-marketing platform has been developed to deliver tangible
value to a number of industry verticals including
o Mobile Network Operators
o Banks
o Directory Services
o Credit Card Companies
o Retailers
o Quick Service Restaurants
o Service Station Chains
o Alcoholic Beverage Manufacturers
The VMob 'big data' platform has seen considerable investment to date
enabling VMob to offer two types of deployment depending on customer
requirements:
1. Aggregator - where a bank, mobile operator, etc. is able to deploy
the VMob platform to their retail ecosystem.
2. Proprietary - where a retail chain is able to use the VMob platform
to drive vouchers, loyalty and payment capabilities to its customer base.
VMob is pleased to announce it has signed a commercial contract with Yellow
Pages Group NZ for the deployment of its retention-marketing platform. The
first stage will be to pilot the VMob platform for the Menus.co.nz restaurant
guide, evolving the current service to provide restaurateurs with a
comprehensive retention marketing platform.
VMob also has two 'Proof of Concept' deployments currently underway in
Indonesia and the Philippines with two separate mobile operators for user
testing. If successful, it is hoped these will lead to expanded deployments
on commercial terms.
Similar opportunities are in negotiation in the United Kingdom, Netherlands,
Norway, Japan, Australia and New Zealand for deployments of the VMob
platform.
VMob will seek to raise additional funding during 2013 to support its
business development activities.
