    Whilst I appreciate and use technical analysis as a tool for entry and exit points and hedging purposes, the fundamentals are just not indicative of anything like what you're talking about.

    In '29 and to a lesser extent '87 (I wont even bother with tech boom) stock prices were grossly inflated and clearly unsustainable based on PE and just about any other indicator or ratio known to man... That is NOT the case now and I defy anyone to prove otherwise.

    People were calling for a crash in Feb this year, May last year, Sept 05, March 05 etc etc.... One day it will happen yes... but historically shares are not overpriced and this is a MAJOR factor in the only two crashes we ever had (In fact 87 wasn't really a crash more like a generational panic sell that regained all losses within 2 years)..

    Volatile -yes... crash - no...

    Cash may be King for now but it's very hard to pick the bottom so don't keep it on ice for too long.
