I think you are spot on and this is backed up by wise market watchers.
You are right the situations are nearly the same and the result will be the same.
We will have a mother of a rally, maybe not straight away, and it will be sustained.
Is this a ploy by Bush, could be, who better to learn from than his old man.
It could clense the market and clense scum at the same time. Win, win.
