Perhaps the reason is that the next buy after 19c was 14c, hence it would not make sense for a cross-over trade at 16.75c, and then what would be left is 14c/14.5c. Maybe that's how they look at it.
Eg/ If the 19c trade wasn't there, and the highest buy was 14c (100,000 shares), and then there was one seller at 12c (10,000 shares), then next being 14.5c, the trade would probably go through at 14c, leaving a 90,000 buy at 14c, and a lowest sel of 14.5c.
Anyone agree with that?
