19c true low not 10.5c

1,759,248 shares traded 31/10/08. All shares traded between 19c & 24c with the exception of 100 shares that traded at 10.5c. Was he lucky that he picked up 100 shares that cost him $10.50 plus probably $19.95 brokerage which means he paid an average of 29.95c per share. Besides this trade should never have been allowed. It disproportionately distorts the share price of igc because the true 12mth low is 19c. It is wrong, all it does is spooks the market, people will start to think they can pick up igc at cheaper prces & we are the ones that suffer.
