Thi is all very complex. My belief is that the company consolidatd between 14 and 16 cents for months on end and when some good news came along it hit a resistance line of about 20 then dropped back down again. Until t breaks that line i wouldn't touch it. Having said that, i think it will break the line within a few weeks.
