I believe the Administrators have been keeping up calls from Mincor on CH development. Refer to Cash flow statement at end of Administrators Report.

If they had not Mincor have a right to remedies which could include compulsory aquisition in default.

Payments for CH development were suspended as of 31 December as part of H of A for CH sale. After sale fell through calls for Jan and Feb payments would have been required.

It is clearly IMCs intention to hold onto CH (subject to due dilligenec) and fund payment of development calls as they occur.
