Very good to see Investec will be out of the equation now. Gives the best chance for a successful outcome.

IMC will obviously see that they have a majority controlling interest in View Resources after any restructure and dictate board and other senior appointments.

Mincor or other entities that were after the 30% interest in Carniya Hill will now be stopped in their tracks. Mincor will have to deal with IMC/Ferrier Hodgson.

This is possibly a very good outcome for View Shareholders.
