So it appears as though the date has changed again!!
I can only guess MF is hoping Santa will come to his rescue, hence the change in dates.

The main difference I can see in the announcements is in the title being "annual" general meeting. A minor discrepancy I know but in a court of law one word can make a huge difference. My optimism is fading rapidly regarding any resurgence of MF producing via Davyhurst.
I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
