How is this for a low performance target:
If the share price reaches 3c, the board each get 10,000,000 shares. How about voting no, and waiting for them to do something that gets the share price to about 10c. I'd say that's where we would be by now with the old board given we should now be in our 3rd month of the NTCell phase two trial.

I'd be happy for the new board to get performance shares if we reach 10c when their new AI platform is launched. Should be between April and July according to them.

BUT SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO VOTE NO TO THE 3c PERFORMANCE PAYMENT.

I have to agree.

While 3cps is triple the price from here, it is nowhere near reflective of what the share price could be with stars aligning.

Issuing performance shares at that price will keep a lid on future share price movements unless there is something extraordinary announced.
