I agreed with many investors that management should made the announcement before the opening as It was a sensitive news and the management knew this much earlier.
I would sell my long position at the opening auction if I saw such news------I will not lose so much money.
I would claim some money back if a class action brought.
How much was the penalty of BP case?
How much was the penalty of Volkswagen case?
How much was the penalty of Deutsche Bank case?
............
US government loved those huge and easy money from any corporation.
I hoped nothing wrong with MYX.
However the management said that they cannot guaranty the outcome.
I would definitely not keep it for such news (stoploss)
$1b or $many ms would be fined if found any wrong
