I know where you are coming from but I couldn't give a toss about whether HSP believes it is a sell or short not only because as you point out his reasons are known knowns and factored in the SP, but also because the SP will be driven by results and overall sentiment towards the industry generally and the company specifically. Surely nobody would short or sell on the analysis that HSP has offered ,and I would similar expect people to base buying decisions on a much higher level of analysis also
