In case you havent realised, ESI is NOT relying on the government to release unallocated brown coal at LV in order move forward. There are other options available to access brown coal at LV.
FYI it would take a minimum of 7 years for a company to physically access brown coal at LV assuming approval was given today.
I dont believe this is going to be ESI's strategy to access brown coal at LV.
PS. ESI isnt currently whinging to the media or advocating/protesting about lack of access to brown coal resources because they may have this issue covered?
