    From what my research tells me:

    Lovenox volumes - is priced as a monthly supply (ie 30 doses) for about $600 - $800 pm.

    So at 1.1m units pq x 4 x 30 = 135m needles pa.

    That works out about right with the Sanofi deal.

    1st qtr 2011, sales were 1.4m units pq = 168m needles pa.
