All respect 54 but doubt it was a P&D, more likely someone needed some money for the petty cash jar or they're trying to panic some new investors into selling cheap....
I don't think it will work given how long many of us have held and the illiquidity of the stock.
Seriously, $6k hardly equals a P&D....
