I think its just something of an unspoken agreement between 2 parties.

One puts up a 100Kish buy order....and the person selling goes..."Ooh theres the buy order Ive been waiting for....dump"

Chartwise, interesting to see that previuosly when the RSI hits 20 (oversold) the share price has ralled in the folling days.
The first time (Jan 28th) the sp rose over 10%
The second time (Jun 24) the sp rose over 21%
The thrid time (Aug 18) the sp took a little longer to rise, but it went up by approximately 20%.(to the days high)
Sp should find support on the 200 day MA if nothing else.

Not sure why someone would want to sell out BEFORE the release of the PFS/BFS??

After watching what happened with EXT with people fighting over directors and trying to remove people, strengthing his stake in BMN before a bigger fish would be a great idea at these prices:)
