Looking at the 1c options, sure they are virtually free.
Say I buy 10000 UTO at 80c this week. I get 5000 free options with a 25c exercise price. So far so good.
BUT, all other things remaining the same, what will the ordinary share price sink by once the number of shares is effectively increased 50% FD when the new options are listed? ie the many who would convert and sell for an immediate gain if the options price was lagging.
Is there likely to be a net benefit, would appreciate your thoughts.
