    what’s your occupation if you don’t mind me asking and my thoughts on your situation I personally haven’t loaned money to invest but your 25 if you want to take calculated risks in life to reach a goal then go for it some times big risks pay off and sometimes they don’t but if you have a mortgage and want to be dept free at 40 then you need to take risks just my thoughts As always DYOR
