I agree.
Alternatively, it could be speculated that Timora, the EPCM that has been working with management for the past couple of months at Adelong may be privy to some of the drill results. Instead of taking cash for the proposed upgrade, the owner/manager has requested a large portion of their fees to be paid in shares.
