Fair enough. My rationale is that to effectively optimize the plant, specifically the processing equipment, some employees of Timora would need to inspect it on-site in its current state. While on-site, they may have talked to people on site which may have included the drill team. Additionally, they would likely want to know the types of material that are being encountered while they are drilling as historic information may not be entirely accurate.
