I know it's just a wild guess, but 13.6billion shares!? That's an over-exaggeration, don't you think?
So, roughly ~$70,000,000 worth of funds raised at current SP and EV? (drinks coaster calculation). Not that I'm drinking at 7:45am....
If 3D truly is a near-term gold producer, the only risk/ dilution we should expect is the issue of shares to a cornerstone investor. And we essentially have one in Timora Pty Ltd, who are being paid in shares to do the plant upgrades, which will get 3D to production.
On a good day/month, there is plenty of volume in DDD to get the SP moving, even with billions of SOI. And as 3D continues to de-risk, further interest will be shown in the company, and the only way to get involved will be to buy shares on market.
Not many more boxes to tick to be in production.
