the selling appears relentless at 1c however the buyer/s keep stepping up. something is afoot here i think. with the increased volume going through this shouldn't be sitting idle. if there is so much renewed interest in lom you would think the sellers would dry up and make the buyers pay up. maybe a new jv partner or something?
