RT, the guy is operations background, the info in the package is stepping out the ops requirements.
Strat up company, get the ops in order first. So he seems to be doing a good job, a bit of soverign risk identified in the last package of info. didnt read it all too thoroughly as it was so big.
time will tell on this one. let him keep putting it together, and see how he goes. good luck to him and me.
