That is their key mistake IMO - why do this consolidation when the SP was at such a low level?!

Either they should have done it months ago when they SP was a multiple of what it is now (even 2c would have meant a max. 10:1 recon and if they had done it when the SP was in the 3-4c region then.......well you do the maths!).

OR they wait til the results are in from Malwai. Assuming the results are good the SP shoots and the consolidation ratio plummets!

IMO the timing has either been orchestrated to suit RRR or the management have not been very smart.

And i dont recall reading of people complaining of the number of shares on issue! It's not exactly an EGO (2.5 billion shares!).
