Would be too risky
Shorters need an exit
If MZN lost against KDR the following would be likely IMO:
(i) Order for KDR's costs;
(ii) JT dismissal or resignation;
(iii) Proceedings against Rox Resources abandoned (not enough $$ in the tank and no appetite for further legal action due to loss against KDR and JT dismissal or resignation);
(iv) Few industry players would want to do business with MZN or its directors in the future.
And the following would be possible and not unlikely IMO:
(v) Another director resigns;
(vi) ASIC investigation; and
(vii) Voluntary Administration.
Voluntary administration, whether it came sooner or later, would be sudden and give shorters no opportunity to exit.
Personal opinion, pure speculation, DYOR, seek professional advice, I'm no expert etc
