I also like this stock, my only worry is the shorters may have found a reason to push this down (most probably the regulatory delay in the PFS transaction and the Coronavirus vs Shopping Mall footprint). There is definitely a bounce play going on with the stock at the moment. The momentum has stalled due a bit of uncertainty but would only take a positive announcement to get this stock back on track.
