ADJ have discussed in the past their expectations re: revenue/profit, so yes nothing new here.

Still have an experienced "well oiled" management team in place, even with the loss of Chris Morris.

I'd suggest three things:

1. shareholders are going to want to start seeing results with the Facilitate acquisition in the coming 6-12 months.

2. Shareholders should expect that SP will continue going south for some time soon.

3. This is a mid to long term hold if you are on board; for me, I'm waiting until the SP gets back to below the 4c mark.
