JM1974.
Not sure if saw this, but he has been pretty busy the last couple of years with smaller private enterprises, i.e Colonial Leisure Group. For example, he just bought the Townsville Casino for $70 million.
So what was mentioned in the ASX announcement would seem like an accurate rationale for his leaving the board. I think the company has been brought back to life since he took an interest in the company.
btw - He has not sold a single share in ADJ.
