    The result was flagged at the AGM that they had a softer second half to last year as did TWE.
    I have said it before and will say it again this is a serious takeover play..... i will keep accumulating on the lows.

    Have a look at the change in substantial top 20 shareholders over the past 2 years...... 4 chinese investment companies keep creeping up the register and we all know it's a very thinly traded stock.

    If TWE does get bid for AVG will be the largest listed wine company on the ASX or AVG will be takenover before TWE either way AVG is set to rise over the coming years.

    AUD looks to be weakening, wine glut now under control and management is pushing hard for sales in higher margin premium bottled wine which is going well.

    Time will tell but this is a steal under 50 cents with a 5.5% dividend yield you get paid to sit and wait for the big pay day.
