that analysis is extremely flawed, and I hope you're just trolling but to lay it out plainly, the business clearly has operational leverage as it scales. The $1M of profit incorporates a level of fixed costs, and the margins will obviously expand if they win a big contract. They key to look at is the gross margin to give you a better sense.
