Hi Southbank, interesting to update your calculation with the price they paid for the remaining 52 % for MB ($10 m) and the estimated level of net cash (4.2 m if gross debt flat between 28/4 and 30/6). In that case, the sum of the parts for the 3 companies (adjusted for the cash) is 38 c per share. No surprise that Geoff is interested to buy CVC shares at 17.5 c. In particular when the 3 companies are now EBITDA positive.
