    Any announcement will send RRS onward and upward BECAUSE it will demonstrate to the market that Range Resources can do business successfully in Puntland! At the moment, the market is marking RRS down extremely heavily.

    How do I know this? Tell me another junior oiler about to drill for 2 Billion barrels of oil wiht market cap of the size of RRS.
