You are probably right. There is no way 11m shares can be easily put into the market across 2 days without some level of large orders going through. I wonder what the commission on selling 11m shares looks like?

What I think is interesting here is this: Colonial have offloaded part of their holding, but still retain 7.07%. CBA are a big lender to Centro. If the CBA group (inc Colonial) wanted out, they would have been out a long while ago. I would say the Chinese Walls at CBA are probably as paper-thin as most other organisations so they would have some idea of what is going on.

I still sense the sale by Colonial is probably more a reflection on the blend of their portfolio, their risk profile or some year-end selling, rather than a overall bleak outlook on the company. We will never know I guess.
