We will never know. It could be a day trader dumping, it could be an insto selling down or it could be someone who just got margin called and was forced to sell. It could be a deceased estate liquidating assets for all we know. I doubt it was a major player - they tend to be a little more sophisticated in offloading large amounts.

Either way, the person who wanted to decrease their position sold to someone who wanted to increased theirs.
