1MC Fish Lake Valley (FLV)

I thought I would start a new thread in anticipation for the acquisition of the initial 60% interest in the Fish Lake Valley (FLV) project. 1MC has the option to acquire 100% of the project if certain criteria are met.

Any comments or thoughts about the FLV or Big Smoky project are welcomed on this thread. Will it happen? Why won't it happen? Is it actually a great project or not? I don't know, I'm not a geologist or a chemical engineer, so I wouldn't know a piece of lithium from a grain of salt.

My guess is the FLV project could be acquired in the second half of 2025, as the first milestone wasn't achieved until July 2022. So I assume the 4th milestone should be sometime from July 2025 onwards.

It's been noted by LC & 1MC that the FLV project shares similarities to the "lithium triangle" salars of Chile, Bolivia & Peru as well as Clayton Valley, where Albemarle has their Silver Peak lithium-brine operation. Silver Peak is located around 30km from the FLV project.

Recents news from the White House states that Trump wants to increase American mineral production.

1MC intends to acquire a 60% interest the Big Smoky project & has a similar earn in agreement to FLV project. 1MC could acquire 100% of the project over time.





LC states above that Big Smoky shares similarities to Clayton Valley where Silver Peak is located. Hopefully the acquisition of these above projects, amongst others, is enough to start drawing some investor attention in the direction of 1MC.

I've been invested in the lithium sector for around 10 years now & there's one thing I've observed over that time. I've never seen the BOD of any company "buy high & sell low." That's just my personal observations, perhaps other investors have seen it happen, I haven't. So, perhaps others can tell me what it means if the BOD buy low?
