Lyten are building these in Nevada.
Lighter longer lasting batteries and good for planes and drones and with defense funding.
Lyten recently took over Cerberg.
Currently, the lithium IMO is coming from Pure Lithium Boston from recycled Lithium as they are the only company in U.S. Eastern States producing Li.
The only clue as to the source.
Clearly they will need to access a larger source of Li for commercial production of Lithium foil.

Pure Lithium also have been developing DLE from brine and have been working with E3 in Canada.
My point is all processes, Li from DLE, Li foil and battery production  could take place in Nevada.
