    A lot of similarities - wonder if Swedish Seabased Industry AB is infringing the CWE patent? Indeed, very similar concepts…. Looking at the registered IP, wonder if CWE’s lawyers are going to challenge this? Or maybe the CWE patent only covers Australia/Pacific region?
