They too scared to build up the buy side in case some 3rd party jumps in and buys them up so they are limited to dumping off screen to themselves if they have enough % of the buys in the line.
Its quite amusing to watch when a real buyer jumps the line and they dont really want to sell to them so its back to bot until someone else hopefully sells to the new buyer.When they are top of the buy side, the selling starts again.
