This is weekly chart (keep in mind this week not quite finished).  The last two weeks have seen the biggest volumes for well over a year.  MACD, RSI and stochastics all suggesting oversold.  RSI looks poised to break above 30 and MACD likely to cross above signal for first time in a long time.

I have been fooled by this stock before and find shorter time frames difficult to read consistently, but taking a long-term view, it certainly looks like the buy signals are lining up.
