Q.Is there anyway shareholders can see the new version of the software?

or even be allowed to test it out.

A.There may be some webinars in the future to be posted on the web site for investors to view.


Q.Why is there a need for 7 Directors in a company earning $5M pa?!

A. As 1pg is based in US, and there has to be 2 Aussie board members and Asia is a huge market a Hong Kong person was needed plus two US directors.

Q.Can they indicate how many contracts are expected to be signed up in the current quarter?

No, but with the new platform that has been launched there is less toing and froing and soon as a client is signed they will know what revenue will be generated.


Q.What is the current rate of retention of clients and one that do not continue what are the reasons?
A. 90% retention, the 10% attrition, unrealistic expectations from clients

Q. Do they envisage being on the Nasdaq?
A. Yes.

Q.Companies Like Amazon, Foot locker that seemed to get the momentum going in the early days are they still clients.
A. Amazon is still a client.
