I've just taken a look at the methodologies used. For me this is scary stuff as it seems to filter out candidates based on their ability to self promote. Of course the referral process sounds attractive but that too limits the candidate pool. Fine if you are happy with the organisations culture but not so good if you are into change.
So it might make it look quick and easy and novel. But it is not necessarily best practice in terms of everything we know about what produces the best selection system validity. I'd need a lot more convincing before I'd buy the system.
But then I guess trends can always buck reason and become the new norm
