the interest in this stock is significant - hardly surprising when the research price target still has a few dollars left in it plus they didn't put all the upside in the price target.
imagine if we announce a world leading retailer or cafe chain et al.
anyway firm hands on existing shares. granted escrow could be tempting for a few but if anyone is close to the company its those guys and why sell out for pennies in the pound when the upside is huge if this is the real deal. i am sure many share holders are wondering how could i be so lucky but remember apple / google / linkedin share holders had to start somewhere. the big difference with 1PG is that up to $2 - this was probably seed capital stage - just joanna gave us the opportunity to be share holders.
