    No, it is NOT delisted nor administrator declared that shares beamr worthless. There are no CGT event.

    In short, US rubbish is disposed, share linked to performance / employee share cancelled.

    Now we are a shell with 16 or 17 million looking for new business.
    Likely remains suspended until news of acquisition.
