And yes, imo,they will get the other 11 American banks as you suggest Gollam..... imo..as the other 11 were using this deal as a off the record semi official "Benchmark"....

--Finally .... 99.9 % sure-- that Pittsburgh and the other 11American Private Banks ....are all Classified ...as Tier One Banks.... and billed accordingly.

Remember ....what I said.... about batches....

And remeber the other Merger/Takeover dimension--and it is operating, imo, in a globally competitive auction environment.

Consequent to all of above--(ITE) is still --on my assessment-- MASSIVELY, massively undervalued currently .
