It's appalling that nearly a year has gone by since that first appeal was rejected, and still no news from the SC. The question on some holder's minds now is whether to subscribe to the latest CR. Having put more money into this in the last CR at $1, I find I have little enthusiasm to repeat this time, and it's incredible and disappointing that its now being done at 38c, so soon after the previous one. Another worrying aspect of the current situation is that we have no guidance on any likely outcome from the SC, and Mark stated in the latest webinar that TLG had done everything it could to give the courts the hurry up (or words to that effect). I don't think this is good enough from TLG, and I still think they should be hitting the phones and sending out emails/letters to anyone with any influence. How much more time needs to pass for the company to get more agressive with the court process and the way TLG is being treated with such disrespect ?
