Online patient booking is considered hot and growing industry at the moment. There aren't any clear leaders in this segment (unlike Realestate.com & Domain in RE segment). So first mover generally gets the advantage.

Their market share is growing and currently only caters for around 3-4% of the practitioners in Australia. They've completed the bell and whistles required to integrate to the systems that are used by majority of the practitioners in Australia. It's just a matter of getting them on board.

Their revenue model is reasonable. They are not charging per booking unlike ZocDoc. So this would allow greater take up by the practitioners. They have also created a great website and mobile app. On top of that, they're using part of the funds to acquire other businesses in similar segments.

To me, this feels like back in the days when RealEstate.com.au and Domain started.
