Menulog, one of the company providing online booking for takeaway delivery, has been bought for $855m by its British rival Just Eat.

In a way, the concept is similar to 1st Available, allowing people to book for services online. I see this sector consolidating in the next few years with one of the exit plan being acquired by one of the big boys.
