Great analysis katavi- In the prospectus page 35 they say that if they raise at the lower end of the raise $5m, they will use $2.8m for sales, marketing blah blah but totally ignore that the combine group has an operating loss of $2-$3m !!. That leaves no money in the kitty after 12 months = big risk. If they raise more, that's great,but how do you turn 3-4 loss making entities into one profitable one ?? Intangible Assets of $5.7m - that looks suspect - probably will have to write this off after 30 June because I think its goodwill from buying loss making businesses. I am avoiding like the plague
