Yeah - things that may seem simple to us such as change-control processes unfortunately have to be learned by organisations as part of their growth.
In a situation where you don't have the administrative staffing available (which saves us money right now), some things get mucked up and as long as you learn from them, no harm no foul.
Hell, just 6 months ago SSN did a clanger with their production announcement and then cleaned up after that and have much more on-message since.
As long as we don;t see this happen again, I'm cool
